Another greatly effective way to use lavender is to dilute properly with a carrier oil (such as coconut oil or grapeseed oil), and apply to the bottoms of their feet before bedtime.&nbsp; And lastly, is adding a few drops of lavender into your child’s bath before bed. And don’t just limit these tips to your children! They work amazing for adults as well!</span></p>\r\n
    <h2><span style="color: #10228b;">2) Soothe Irritated Skin/ Bug Bites</span></h2>\r\n
    <p><span style="color: #000000;">Lavender oil is extremely soothing to the skin, acts as a natural antiseptic, and is anti-inflammatory. For toddler’s, scrapes, burns, rashes, and bug bites are bound to happen. Having lavender on hand is always a must for me. Diluting it with a carrier oil will allow you to apply it directly on the affected areas. Always test for sensitivities first, and be sure to check proper dilution guides. Having lavender diluted in a roller bottle, makes it easy to take on the go, so no matter where you are, you’re always ready for a toddler scrape or bug bite.</span></p>\r\n
    <h2><span style="color: #10228b;">3) Improve Respiration</span></h2>\r\n
    <p><span style="color: #000000;">Lavender oil also provides incredible support to the respiratory system by reducing inflammation, relieving congestion, and loosening up phlegm. Whenever the occasional cough and cold hits, or seasonal allergies, diffusing lavender oil can be a life-safer! You can also apply it diluted topically to the back and/or chest for added support.</span></p>\r\n
