The Tree Remembers & How

The axe forgets; the tree remembers.”— African proverb.

The surging pain of the strike

The slashing that seethes the soul.

The emotions deepen the wound

Such is the exacting nature of the hurt.

But learn you must

To gradually evolve

To let go the past

To grow anew

Arise from the scars

Forget you may not

But forgive you can!

Like the barks of the tree

Although scathed and bruised

By the cuts of the axe.

Growing out new branches

And blossoming into spring!

Flowering in fortitude…

Strengthening the Soul

Renewing the spirit.

For the bark of a tree …

Tells the tale of sheer grit

And strength in the grounding.

Your life’s scars are patterns

Life has drawn on you

While you held ground.

Replenish & regenerate.

Only to bloom again in time!

Be proud of who you are.

You are amazing!

Musings on the Power of Forgiving...

True empowerment is to engage towards an emancipation in thoughts and evoke a shift in patterns of existent behaviour and create a conducive environment while building a safe foundation for an ease of being! Therein is the flow and a change towards an evolution.

Forgiving is never an obligation but a choice.

The healing may take time and test your limits.

For some actions can never be justified.

Yet to forgive is to regenerate the self.

To let go the past torments is to make space

For life to refresh hope in itself once again.

You need order and disorder. Comfort and discomfort. Too much of either is a bad thing.

This is the missing piece of the puzzle, it is so simplistic but ignored mostly by people
