The tech industry is inherently inspiring. As someone who has been observing it pretty closely for such a long time, I can sincerely vouch for the many old and new benefits it brings to our lives—and what it holds for us in the future. 

Here at ProofHub, I and my team try our best to contribute to that better future. But additionally, we try to learn one or two things about leadership, teamwork, collaboration, and automation from the tech industry—trust me! There is a LOT that you can learn. 

Now, recently, I came across a tech survey that highlighted the leaders who are considered the most inspirational within the inspirational tech industry. In this survey, 3,600 tech workers were asked to rank the tech leaders they considered the most inspiring along with some perspective on what makes each of these leaders so inspiring. Here are the names that the survey showed. 

1. Elon Musk

Elon Musk is one of the most inspiring leaders in all of tech. Mr. Musk, The CEO of Tesla, SpaceX, Neuralink, and The Boring Company, is the kind of leader who encourages people to think big. He makes bold proclamations and the sheer audacity of what he believes can be achieved is truly inspiring.

2. Jeff Bezos

Jeff Bezos is the man who built one of the most influential business from the ground up, Amazon. One of the many things that people like about Jeff Bezos is his inspiring business wisdom. He, like Elon Musk, has reached into space exploration as well with his Blue Origin company, which he has called his most important work.

3. Satya Nadella

The next leader in our list of most inspiring leaders is Satya Nadella, The Microsoft CEO. Satya Nadella is popular for his emotionally intelligent style of leadership and his belief in the importance and meaning behind the work.

4. Jack Ma

Jack Ma, the Alibaba founder and the richest man in China. Jack Ma got rejected from many jobs including one at KFC and launched two failed internet companies before launching Alibaba. But what inspires people the most is how he never lost hope and stepped up.

5. Sheryl Sandberg

Sheryl Sandberg is the author of the wildly inspiring Lean In, activist, philanthropist, and role model for aspiring women worldwide should have landed higher on the list. And yes! Sheryl Sandberg is also the COO of Facebook. Before that, she held positions at the World Bank and at the White House, as Treasury chief of staff.  

6. Reed Hastings

Reed Hastings, the Netflix co-founder and CEO of the most influential companies in the world. He is the man who builds an empire all from the frustration he felt at getting a $40 late fee charge for an overdue DVD rental.
