A No-miss Technique for Weeding Out College Students Who are Applying for Graduate School, Internships or a Job at Your Institution

Being involved in the whole interview process can be daunting.

Sorting through all the applications can be incredibly laborious just to find the one or two honorable, motivated and capable candidates that fit your needs. Here is a shortcut to assist you in honing in on the best possible choice.  This easy to adopt technique will immediately help you toss out the pieces of trash so that not a single minute more of your time is wasted.

Interviewer: “Hello, nice to meet you…before we get started with discussing your impressive resume and application I just need to ask you a few questions.”

Applicant: “Sounds good.”

Interviewer: “So I see you graduated from (insert school here).  At any time did you participate in, or support, in any way whatsoever , any of the anti semitic protests or activities on your campus?”

Applicant: “Uhhh..ummmm…..”

Interviewer: “Thank you…we’ll call if we have any more questions.”
